The postdoctoral teaching and research fellow will conduct observational and database research on health outcomes for sexual and gender minorities, young adults or college students and youth in the state of Rhode Island. The fellow will devote 50% of their time to research under the direction of Samantha Rosenthal, PhD, MPH, and 50% of their time to teaching. The fellow will receive mentorship from Dr. Rosenthal and the Rhode Island IDeA Network of Biomedical Research Excellence (RI-INBRE) including a structured mentoring plan, career planning assistance, and opportunities to learn career skills such as writing grant proposals and managing a research center. |
