Summary

Counsels online students on financing a JWU education and provides information on payment options, maintaining the integrity of student records in accordance with regulations and standards

Essential Job Functions

• Connects with online students to review their accounts and financial aid packages, and to discuss payment options
• Advises online students regarding their financial obligations throughout their enrollment in the university's online programs
• Collaborates with other members of the online enrollment management team to provide financial planning information in support of applicants and enrollees in the university's online programs
• Answers customer questions in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information and/or referring to the appropriate staff member(s)
• Audits online students' accounts to verify the accounts are current and accurate
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
• Experience working in financial planning, student services or in other related work

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in finance or a related area of study
