Essential Job Functions
- Performs bartending duties at events
- Leads in the execution of all events including; the ability to organize, execute and breakdown events
- Works closely with other members of the department to maintain event fluidity
- Loads and unloads catering vehicles for campus events
- Maintains all sanitation and appropriate food safety standards established by the university
- Maintains the proper storage and rotation of ready-made food products complying with appropriate food safety standards
- Understands seating floorplans and banquet event order's (BEO) per specific request
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Experience working in culinary, food service, hospitality or other related experience
- Obtain and maintain food safety managers certification approved by conference for food protection
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Obtain and maintain an alcohol certification (TIPS or STOP)
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends

Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a daily commuting distance of the Providence Campus location upon hire.
