Essential Job Functions

  • Designs, develops and leads the implementation of print, email and other applicable campaigns targeting prospective students through their matriculation
  • Oversees the short and long-term development of integrated multi-channel campaigns aimed at the attraction and enrollment of prospective on-ground students
  • Manages a complex array of marketing projects from beginning to end which involves a high degree of collaboration between other university departments
  • Maintains the optimization of the university’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform for direct communications for prospective students
  • Remains up-to-date with the university’s CRM technology enhancements and leverages the CRM platform to solve for critical marketing challenges, as appropriate
  • Directs the university’s continued efforts to segment enrollment communications for prospective students effectively while by building awareness for the unique opportunities offered by our various and distinctive colleges and campuses
  • Evaluates campaign results and makes changes to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Works with other members of the department to optimize and update the admissions focused pages of the website
  • Oversees paid lead vendor relationships to maintain optimal outcomes
  • Assists in the preparation and monitoring of department budget
  • Supervises and develops the department staff, facilitating professional opportunities to improve individual capability and managing performance against job accountabilities, department goals and established university, campus and department policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Moderate amount of experience working in admissions or other related experience 
  • Experience with Slate  

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience developing and executing marketing campaigns for university admissions audiences either in a director or supporting role
  • Three or more years of experience with Slate 
  • Knowledgeable of a variety of vendors supporting enrollment management marketing efforts

Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a daily commuting distance of the Providence Campus location upon hire.
