Online Systems Administrator

Provides ongoing support, development, and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to achieve optimal performance and consistent end-user service


Essential Job Functions

  • Provides database support, including user and data maintenance, processing system access requests and permissions, performs cleanup of data records, data file preparation and manipulation, and customization of page layouts, actions, and buttons
  • Assists with planning, implementation and deployment of new application upgrades and functionality
  • Researches and helps to identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign or development
  • Assists with development of technical documentation and standardized practices for system use, including change management and quality control
  • Assists with developing and presenting product knowledge training for program users in an effort to maximize utilization
  • Troubleshoots and maintains CRM database and promptly implements and documents corrective actions
  • Researches trends in new processes and technologies related to CRM database and makes recommendations for process improvements and future integrations, when appropriate
  • Performs database tests to verify new system components have been accurately implemented and will meet user requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training program
  • Moderate amount of experience working in salesforce database administration or in other related work 
  • Salesforce Administrator certification 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in management information systems, information technology or a related field of study
