Provides strategic direction for enrollment operations universitywide, including implementation of Admissions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, goal setting, performance analysis and operations reporting

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides strategic direction and manages implementation of enrollment management technology platform
  • Manages enrollment goal setting processes with academic, marketing and finance partners
  • Develops enrollment funnel models incorporating prospective student demographic characteristics, academic quality and engagement behaviors
  • Directs the acquisition of prospective student leads from external sources
  • Reviews and updates admissions application and related applicant portal functions
  • Analyzes admissions application process to synthesize processes and create greater efficiencies through technology use
  • Oversees creation and implementation of student communications logistics to ensure coordination across departments
  • Directs the preparation of enrollment management reports to support admissions, marketing, and executive team requirements
  • Manages the functional aspects of the student information systems, maintaining integrity of student records in compliance with necessary regulations
  • Acts as liaison to information technology and admissions systems regarding student information system, CRM and related processing systems
  • Prepares and monitors departmental budget
  • Supervises and develops the department staff, facilitating professional opportunities to improve individual capability and managing performance against job accountabilities, department goals and established university, campus and department policies and procedures
  • Supervises and manages student employees, as necessary, to enhance their academic and professional development
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Moderate amount of experience in management, leadership or in other related work 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in management or a related field of study 
  • Extensive familiarity with Slate
