College of Online Education Business Development Coordinator

Summary

Assists with operations pertaining to the College of Online Education corporate partner program in order to facilitate the ongoing enrollment of qualifying employees from strategically identified organizations in online degree programs

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Maintains relationships with existing partner organizations to facilitate enrollment of qualifying employees in online degree programs
  • Assists with the coordination of potential student outreach events, meetings, and workshops for partner organizations
  • Collaborates with online admissions and student services staff to facilitate timely progress of students from partner organizations through the enrollment process and beyond
  • Collaborates with internal departments to identify and engage potential and existing partner organizations; maintains existing partnership agreements
  • Assists with coordinating and implementing strategic plans for the engagement of identified business organizations
  • Assists with the preparation of presentations and informational and marketing materials to potential and existing partner organizations
  • Responds to inquiries regarding the corporate education partnership program from potential and existing partner organizations
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Experience working in business development, account management sales and marketing, higher education admissions, or in other related work 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with using Salesforce 
  • Experience with sales and account management 

 

Please note: Qualified candidates must live or relocate within a 100 mile radius of the Providence Campus location upon hire.
