Essential Job Functions

  • Updates and maintains the clinical training sites database
  • Collects and maintains compliance documentation for students and clinical practitioners such as proof of insurance, affiliation agreements and other documentation
  • Generates reports regarding students' progress and outstanding requirements and disseminates them to appropriate faculty and clinical coordinators
  • Monitors student patient logging including procedures and generates reports to the clinical coordinators
  • Coordinates collection, distribution and storage of records including student rotation assignments, student and clinical practitioner evaluations and required ARC-PA evaluations
  • Collects and maintains clinical practitioners' information and credentials in compliance with accreditation requirements and submits information to the administrative coordinator for payments to be processed
  • Coordinates on-site and off-site didactic and clinical year skills assessments to include scheduling, recording and distribution of all assessments while providing technical support as needed
  • Collects, enters and manages student and program competency data
  • Establishes and maintains communication and working relationships with contacts at the individual training sites
  • Coordinates and schedules clinical training site locations and communicates required attendance for meetings exams and trainings to students
  • Collaborates with university information technology to support the technology requirements of the classrooms, labs and student laptops for the PA program
  • Coordinates dissemination and data collection of program evaluations and surveys in both the didactic and clinical years
  • Proctors didactic examinations as needed
  • Administers electronic clinical year examinations
  • Serves as backup to the administrative coordinator, as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of an associate's degree or completion of an equivalent formal training program
  • Moderate amount of experience working in administrative, technical, audio visual, or other related experience


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or greater in business, information technology or a related field of study 
  • Experience with data management systems
  • Experience with databases
