Essential Job Functions
- Creates and runs student data reports to facilitate and/or monitor department operations
- Develops solutions for data requests based on needs of the area including producing reports and databases which meet specified criteria
- Creates and tests end-user reports
- Monitors student information and reports that information to the appropriate departments (e.g. student academic services, admissions)
- Assists in software implementations, upgrades and training programs
- Researches and responds to questions or concerns and appropriately documents interactions
- Delivers reports to third party organizations that contract with the university (e.g. the university's health insurance provider)
- Provides technology support to departmental staff and other departments relative to running student data reports
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Experience working in computer reporting or other related experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business information systems or a related field of study
- Experience using Salesforce and Banner Reports
